Evan Faber is the Chief Business Officer of Generosity Business Exit Planning, where he works with founder-led businesses navigating growth, succession, and ownership transition. His work focuses on helping owners increase value, reduce operational dependence on the founder, and build companies that are scalable, transferable, and positioned for long-term success.

Evan’s background spans operations, revenue strategy, and organizational alignment across a variety of business environments. He is known for a practical, people-centered approach that combines disciplined execution with clear, thoughtful communication, especially during the moments when business decisions become deeply personal ones.

In addition to his advisory work, Evan previously served as Chair of the Downtown Boulder Partnership and as a board member for TGTHR (to end youth homelessness), supporting both local business and community development.

Trained as a sommelier, Evan still approaches business the same way he approaches wine: with curiosity, perception, and the belief that the most important things are often happening beneath the surface. He has yet to compare a balance sheet to a Bordeaux in a client meeting, though the temptation remains.
